2015! Here We Come!

I know.  That title is a mouthful!

Let Go.  Of what?  Of anything that doesn’t serve us any more!

Intention.  Dream and create what it is that we want in our life/lives!

Receive.  To allow all that we intend, we better be open to receive!

Peace.   Breathe and be in the moment, peacefully.

I literally am giving space on the page to breathe those words in.

BREATHE THEM IN!  Why not?  Breathe them in multiple times!

DEEP BREATH!  Release.  DEEP BREATH!  Release.

Now….

let go.  Really…let go….

In 2013, Disney’s “Frozen” allowed multiple generations to let go. A strong message indeed! What have we been holding on to that no longer serves us? LET IT GO!  LET IT GO!  2014 continued the letting go theme.

As we enter 2015, what is it that we truly want?  How about receiving that which best serves each and every one of our purposes?  Tall order?  So, what.  When we live from this place, do we not prosper? I’m not talking about only monetary prosperity, I’m talking about emotional, mental, physical, and more importantly, spiritual prosperity! And, the measure of that prosperity is within oneself—within our deep sense of belonging and purpose. If there happens to be monetary gain, then wonderful!  Can one feel the power of this, and perhaps the sassiness, too?  Yep, that’s what it is about.

Let go—set aside self-judgment.

Make space to dream—set goals and wishes, and then act on them.

Create a space to receive with grace.

And, allow peace in each breath, in each insight, in each step.

In 2015, let’s become a better and more fulfilling YOU/US!  Why not!

May we—let go; set and act on our intentions; receive that which fulfills us on all levels; and may we allow peace through all of our experiences.

To a happier more fulfilling year!  Cheers!

Happy 2015, Lori! Thank you once again for your timely post! I actually had the pleasure of watching my 3 year old niece Giada sing “Let It Go” at a kids karaoke party on New Years Eve. It was the most adorable thing and it brought tears to my eyes. She was so shy at first but warmed up as the song went on and I encouraged her to keep going.

Letting go is definitely something I’ve been working towards this year. All the obstacles that I’ve faced these last few years have literally forced me to throw up my hands and give up in a sense. It’s really the only option that is helping me find peace within myself and where I am, around my job and finances, and also with my outlook on relationships and the future ahead of me. Letting myself just be me and speak what comes naturally because there’s really no need to hold back.

Thank you for guiding me and opening my mind more in the sessions we’ve had together. I’ve held on to many things you’ve advised me of and you’ve been amazingly on point. Here’s to a new year of unlocking the power within each of us, so that we may enjoy all that is infinitely possible in our lives!!!!

    Much love,

    Nicole
